John O. Tietjen, Jr., age 62, passed away Friday, March 25, 2011 surrounded by family and friends after a short, but courageous battle with cancer.  He is survived by his mother, Gwendolyn, of Rocky River, OH, his wife, Virginia and his twin sister, Carol Hildebrandt of Avon Lake, OH.  His father, John Otis Tietjen, Sr. passed away in June 1990.  He was a loving father to his son, Dana, of Mary Esther, Fl and his daughter, Erika Perry (Michael)  of Taylorsville, KY.  He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Grant Perry and Molly Perry.  John received his B.A. From Muskingum College in 1970 and his M.B.A. from Baldwin Wallace College in 1983.  He founded Tietjen & Associates, a professional recruiting firm, specializing in finance and executive positions.  Memorial donations can be a made to a charity of your choice.  A celebration of his life will be held at a date yet to be determined.
