LINDA N. WEIST, age 77, Beloved wife of the late Daniel T. Weist. Dear mother of Brian, Douglas (Sally) and Thad (Polly). Loving grandmother of Ben, Danny, Thomas, Claire, Ellen, Jack, Sawyer and Patton. Dear sister of Louise and the late Kevin.

Linda N. Weist (nee Naughton) was born May 12, 1948 in Sandusky, Ohio. She passed away peacefully on April 18, 2026 at home, surrounded by all her boys and her sister, Louise Elsenheimer.

Linda was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who cherished her family above all. She shared a lifelong love with her husband Dan, excelling in her own career at William Wrigley Jr. Co while raising their three sons in Bay Village. A proud and devoted supporter of our nation’s Armed Forces, Linda generously volunteered her time with the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. She was a tireless champion for countless veteran causes throughout Northeast Ohio, offering her time, energy, and heartfelt support to those who served. She took great joy in her grandchildren and the many family gatherings filled with laughter and stories.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Monday, May 11 at St. Raphael Church, 525 Dover Center Road, Bay Village. Friends may call at the Church Monday from 10:30 am until time of Mass. Private interment will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
