Deceased March 3, 2012, Worthington, Ohio.

BUCH, Lee C. age 63, passed away peacefully Saturday, March 3, 2012 at Sunrise of Worthington. Lee was born in Rocky River, Ohio to the late Charles F. and LaVerne (Landphair)Buch. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Miami University in 1970 and received his PhD in Clinical Psychology from Kent State University in 1975. Lee was a United States Air Force veteran who served as a psychologist until his retirement with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in November 2002. After Lee retired he volunteered at The Hospice of Dayton; he has been a member of Fairmont Presbyterian Church since 1989. Lee is survived by his sons, David Buch and Adam (Tiffany) Buch; brother, Dale (Tina) Buch; and nephew, Jonathan Buch. Family to receive friends Tuesday, March 6, 2012 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-FAR HIlLLS CHAPEL, 5471 Far Hills Avenue, Dayton, OH 45429, where service will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 7, 2012, with Rev. Dr. Robert Wade officiating. Burial will follow Dayton National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be given in Lee's memory to; Alzheimer's Association , POBox 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011, SICSA, 2600 Wilmington Pike, Dayton, OH 45419, or Heartland Hospice, 6500 Busch Blvd. Suite 210, Columbus, OH 43229. I sat next to him in English class in 10th grade.  He was so smart.  He once described something as being"fish belly white."  For some reason I never forgot that.  I thought it was so descriptive...........he smiled all the time.....................
